KCCA sued, settles out of court
Starring at a problematic case for the demolition of kiosks of Kampala businessman Farouk Mujumba in the new taxi park, Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) opted to settle the case out of court. According to Mujumba there was an initial attempt not to go to court but he was ignored by KCCA.
